P yongyang was retaken by the Communist forces on December 6, who so re-crossed the analogue, and recapture Seoul by the terminal of December. By the terminal of January, 1951, United Nations forces regained the offense on the Han River and recapture Seoul by March 14. Conditionss were of despair and desperation in all of Korea, particularly Seoul, which had changed custodies four times. Many Koreans fled their places to happen refugee cantonments, but did non go forth in big Numberss until after 1965. Truce dialogues began July 10, 1951, but dragged on for months and work forces continued to decease. The struggle became an issue in the 1952 U.
